Last Sunday on the official marked path from Vače. One variant is direct on the road past Klenik (replica of village situla), we took the longer one to Slemšek to the sv. Križ church (that section is quite steep, at numerous forks it could be more consistently marked), then on gentler macadam on the archaeological path (numerous signs on finds), at the water shrine above Klenik it joins the first-mentioned direct road. Here left on asphalt, at some small quarry-like place the asphalt ends, continue on macadam past Cvetež (officially joined to Vovše; at partisan monument benches with some view), after some time into Vovše itself (former pigsty with renovated house catches the eye), here the path clearly marked branches off into real mountain through the forest. Soon a fork with two variants, both correct. Left goes on ridge and consequently a bit higher, at a couple of places around fallen trees. Right is cut into steep/cliffy slope, definitely not for dizzy or too slippery shoes! But on a large section spectacular south view, love bench too... some Crvena zvezda fan could leave football religion in valley and not litter rocks (note: Grobari, go ridge instead)... Anyway, at the cross variants (and some paths) join and final ascent follows. Path on macadam forest road where floods carved deep canyons and hard to walk. Seriously, if Tolmin Gorges 8€ entry, this could half. Where road turns left to steepest part due to gorges and crumbling sand practically impossible to continue. Luckily at this turn small path into forest branches off, which later turns left and bypasses the worst part. A bit more and new fork before goal, whether straight to church or to hut. Both variants need careful steps. Pictures also those "zasavskosvetogorska gorges" a bit further from that cross at junction, second picture view down to mentioned impassable part.
