Grad Jablje - Mengeška koča on Gobavica (lower path)

Access to starting point:
A) First, we drive on the Trzin bypass (to here from the Tomačevo or Domžale roundabout), and then we continue driving towards Kamnik. Just before the end of Trzin, signs for Jablje direct us left onto a narrower local road. We follow the mentioned road to the hamlet of Jablje, where we park on one of the parking lots near Jablje Castle (parking right next to the castle is prohibited, or only for guests).
B) From Kamnik through Mengeš we drive towards Ljubljana. Immediately when we arrive in Trzin we turn right and continue driving towards the hamlet of Jablje, where we then park at an appropriate place by the eponymous castle.

Route description:
By the parking lot we notice signs for Rašica, which direct us onto the forest road, which starts gently ascending through the forest. Soon the path splits into two parts, where we can continue right on the footpath, or straight on the road. If we continue on the road, at the next crossroad we have to turn right onto a cart track, which higher joins the previously mentioned marked footpath. We continue the ascent through dense forest, through which we ascend on old tractor tracks. At the junctions we stick to the right directions, and the path, which meanwhile flattens completely for a few minutes, quickly brings us to the asphalt road that leads from the village Loka pri Mengšu towards Dobeno.
At the inn Ručigaj, where we reach the asphalt road, we continue right, and along the road we walk to the nearby mountain signposts, from where we continue upwards on the marked path in the direction of Rašica and Mengeška koča; after a short ascent we reach an asphalt road, which we follow to the left. The path ahead leads us past a few more houses, then the blazes lead us right onto a cart track, where we cross a strip of forest. At the junction of cart tracks we continue on the left one, then we walk along the edge of the forest to a marked junction, where we take the right path (left Rašica).
This is followed by walking along the road, along which we mostly descend, then signs for Mengeška koča direct us left upwards onto a temporarily steeper cart track. The path quickly flattens and turns slightly to the right. After a short traverse we reach the ridge path from Mengeška koča towards Rašica, which we follow right in the direction of Mengeška koča. This is followed by walking along the forested ridge of Srednji hrib, then we arrive at a marked junction, where the path from Koseze joins from the left, and the path towards Gobavica splits.
From the junction we continue in the direction of the lower path to Mengeška koča (Left Koseze, slightly left ridge path to Mengeška koča), where we walk a few more steps along the cart track, then the blazes direct us left onto a forest path. This is followed by walking with some shorter descents and ascents, where at the junctions we follow the blazes. After a few minutes we arrive at the next junction, where we once again choose the lower path. Continuing, we get very close to the macadam road, the blazes lead us left across a shorter somewhat overgrown section, then we arrive at the next junction, where we join the ridge path.
We continue right along the cart track in the direction of Mengeška koča, and the path leads us out of the forest onto a hay meadow, along which we walk to the nearby hayrack. At the hayrack we go left and past the bench we ascend into the forest. Through the forest we temporarily ascend more steeply, then across a short panoramic section, from which the view reaches all the way to the Alps, we quickly arrive at Mengeška koča na Gobavici.
