Gobavica is a hill rising above Mengeš. Mengeška koča mountain hut stands on it, along with a goat pen. It is one of the starting points for the hike to Rašica. From the clearing just before the summit, where a chapel stands, there is also a nice view of the Kamnik Alps with Kamniško sedlo.
