Jurij (Grušena) - Tourist farm Dreisiebner (Heart Among the Vineyards)

Access to starting point:
We drive to the Pesnica roundabout and take the exit for Lenart. The road towards Lenart in the Slovenske gorice we quickly leave and continue right in the direction of Zgornja Kungota and Doljna Počehova, still before the expressway we go once again right in the direction of Zgornja Kungota. Further, we drive on the main road to Zgornja Kungota, where we follow the main road, which after a few kilometers of additional driving brings us to the road sign Jurij, marking the village community of several settlements. Only a little further, we arrive at Gostišče Vračko, where the described path begins.

Route description:
From information boards near the inn, we return along the road or sidewalk in the direction of Zgornja Kungota, and at the red mountain signposts, we turn left onto a side road marked with signs for the Svečinska pot. Further, we ascend a narrower asphalt road, from which beautiful views open up to the surroundings. Higher up, we pass through a strip of forest, the path flattens, and at a few crossings, we follow the Knafelc blazes. Further on, we pass individual houses, and the road continues with some ascents and descents, while at the crossroads, we still follow the blazes. Further, we walk along a macadam road, and at an older chapel, we continue on the right road. The path ahead leads us past another homestead, and soon after, the blazes direct us right and downward onto a fairly overgrown cart track, along which we descend to a nearby stream. After the stream, we turn sharply right, then continue without significant changes in altitude to a nearby asphalt road, where we turn left. We continue between the road and a vineyard, and a little further, we return to the road. When the road makes a left turn, the path splits, and we continue along the asphalt road (to the right, the marked border panoramic path toward Plački vrh continues, which was impassable in February 2024, initially due to a new vineyard plantation and later due to a newly made field). For a short time, we continue along the road, then yellow-white blazes direct us right and upward, where we steeply ascend through a vineyard. We follow this path all the way to the courtyard of the Tourist Farm Dreisiebner.
