Juršinci - Sveti Andraž (Vitomarci)

Access to starting point:
A) We drive to Ptuj, then we follow the signs for Gornja Radgona and Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici. When we get to the settlement Juršinci, at the roundabout at the Mercator store we turn right, then we follow the signs for the cemetery and the parish church of St. Lovrenc. We park on the parking lot above the parish church.
B) From the highway Maribor - Lendava we take the exit Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici, then we follow the signs for the mentioned place. We further follow the signs for Ptuj, and on the main road we drive to the settlement Juršinci, where from the roundabout we turn "left" towards the cemetery and the parish church of St. Lovrenc. We park on the parking lot above the parish church.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we return to the roundabout by the main road and go on the road in the direction of the settlement Dragovič and marked path towards Hvaletinci and Vitomarci. The path ahead leads us past a few more houses, then we moderately ascend for some time, when the road flattens we go from the crossroad right, on the road by which the blazes continue. Next follows some ascent to the settlement Dragovič, at the chapel which is situated on a smaller hill we go right downwards. During the descent at the smaller crossroad we go slightly right, lower when the road flattens three more times right. After the children's playground we leave the asphalt road and go left on a macadam path in the direction of Hvaletinci and Vitomarci. Only a little further the road passes into the forest, and we continue on it to a smaller junction, where we go slightly right on a cart track which continues through the forest. When we get to a bigger field we leave the forest for a few steps, then still before the field we go left into the forest, through which we start to descend gradually. Lower we leave the forest and on a cart track past the house we walk to a plague column, after which we reach an asphalt road which we follow to the left. We continue for a few minutes through the settlement Hvaletinci, where we go past the chapel which we bypass on the left side, after a smaller bridge we go right on a cart track. We continue for some time on the cart track which leads us by the nearby stream, then the path turns left and a few minutes further joins the asphalt road which we follow to the left. When a little further we reach a somewhat wider road we go right, when the road splits we go left towards the center of Vitomarci (right Cerkvenjak). Next follows an ascent on a sidewalk, where we go past a few houses and primary school, behind the school the sidewalk ends and we continue by the edge of the road. Higher we reach the center of the settlement, and past a few buildings we continue to the church of St. Andraž or Andrej in Vitomarci.
