Kolarica - Koča na Travniku

Access to starting point:
From Mozirje we drive towards the valley Logarska dolina. Soon behind the village Ljubno ob Savinji right upwards a road branches off towards the village Primož. We go on this road and we follow it further in the direction of signs for Travnik. The road then becomes a macadam, and we follow it for quite a long time over quite a few crossroads. Crossroads are mostly marked. When on the left side of the road, we notice a cart track and next to it signs for Travnik we park on a parking lot on the right side of the road. (We drive through a village Primož and later through a mountain pasture Počka planina).

Path description:
From the parking lot, we go on a wide cart track, that starts moderately ascending. After few minutes of walking to the right abandoned cart track branches off, and we continue straight, on a still wide cart track which a little higher brings us to the next crossing. Signs for Travnik point us to the right, where in a moderate crossing of slopes we soon come out of the forest on a grazing area of Široke trate. Follows only an ascent on a gentle grassy slope to the mountain hut Koča na Travniku.
