Komen

Description of mountain:
At 1684 meters, Komen is the highest peak in the Smrekovec mountain range, which borders between Styria and Carinthia. In good weather, the summit offers fine views of Peca, Uršlja gora, nearby Krnes, Golte, Menina planina, the central Kamnik-Savinja Alps, as well as Travnik and Raduha. Just a few dozen meters below the summit stands a small wooden chapel dedicated to Saints Cyril and Methodius.
