Planina Kuk - Vogel (via Globoko)

Access to starting point:
Between Most na Soči and Tolmin, the road branches off to Poljubinj. From Poljubinj we drive ahead towards the village Ljubinj, where behind the church we turn left towards the mountain pasture Razor and Stador. The road brings us to the parking lot on the mountain pasture Stador, where nearby there is a mountain hut. We drive further to the mountain pasture Lom and further along the road following the signs for Planina Razor. At an altitude of 1150 m we reach Planina Kuk, where there is a parking lot on which we park. Further driving is forbidden.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the traffic-closed road, which after a few dozen steps brings us to Planina Kuk, where in the summer time we can buy homemade milk products (sour milk, cheese, curd). The road ahead starts gently ascending and eventually brings us to the next gate. After the gate, the path goes into the forest and ascends almost imperceptibly, occasionally even slightly descending. After one hour of walking, the path brings us to Planina Razor, where there is the mountain hut.
From the hut, we continue in the direction of Vogel on a gently sloping path to the next junction, where we turn right again in the direction of Vogel (left Tolminski Kuk). Here the path moderately ascends over a panoramic slope and after a short ascent brings us into the forest, where it continues for the next few minutes to the next junction.
Here we continue left in the direction of "Globoko", right Vogel. The path first ascends for a few more minutes through the forest and then passes to grassy slopes, which are partly covered with dwarf pines. Initially not very steep, the path ascends in zigzags towards the gully between Rušnati vrh and the peak of Planje. On this section the path is steeper and increasingly panoramic. A shorter crossing to the right follows to the grassy slopes along which the path continues. Here the path follows an old mule track, which is already completely overgrown and many people do not even notice that a mule track runs here. A little higher the path brings us to a larger military bunker and immediately after to a smaller emergency bivouac (but it is locked - inside there are only benches). The path ahead ascends somewhat more steeply and after a few minutes brings us to Globoko.
Here the path passes to the Bohinj side and starts to descend steeply. After a short descent, we join the path Komna - Vogel. Here we continue right on the path, which with some descents and ascents brings us to the next junction. Here we continue right in the direction of Vogel on the path, which soon brings us to the ridge. Only a few minutes of walking follow on the panoramic summit ridge of Vogel.
