Radlje ob Dravi - Sveti Trije Kralji (above Radlje ob Dravi)

Access to starting point:
From the Dravograd–Maribor road, in Radlje ob Dravi, from the intersection at the Lidl store, we drive in the direction of the center of the settlement and Radeljski prelaz. After the intersection, we also drive past the Hofer store and past the turn-off of the road to the left towards Sveti Trije Kralji, and at the next intersection left towards Austria. Immediately after the intersection, we go left again and park on a larger asphalt parking lot near the mansion Dvorec Radlje.

Route description:
At the parking lot, signs for Sveti Trije Kralji and Bricnik direct us to the path towards the mansion Dvorec Radlje, from it we quickly go right downwards and descend on a wide path to the asphalt road, which we follow to the right. This is followed by walking along Samostanska ulica, where we pass a few houses, and at the intersections we follow the blazes. We continue on the asphalt road that leads us through the valley of the Radeljski potok stream, from the intersection with numerous signposts we go slightly left in the direction of the marked path. A few minutes further, the asphalt ends, and the road higher turns right, thus leaving the valley. The path continues past a religious symbol, behind it we soon go left as the blazes direct us to the footpath. This is followed by an ascent through the forest, where we soon cross a macadam road; when we next reach the macadam road, we reach it right at the intersection.
We continue on the upper road towards Bricnik. This is followed by a left serpentine, behind it we arrive at a smaller hamlet where the road turns back to the right. This is also followed by walking past the homestead Sitar, above which a beautiful view opens up, after which the path continuing on a cart track enters the forest. Higher up, a nice view opens on the left side, reaching from Uršlja gora to Peca, and with good visibility all the way to the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Amid nice views, we reach the homestead Navšnik, where a path from Kapunarja or the homestead Razdevšek joins from the right; the latter is located in the valley of the Radeljski potok stream. A few steps above the junction, we continue right and begin a transverse ascent on the macadam road; from the nearby intersection, we go left. This is followed by a transverse ascent to the left, during which a road branches off to the left towards the homestead Pušej. We continue straight; when we reach the ridge, we go sharply right in the direction of Sveti Trije Kralji (straight to Bricnik), thus bypassing a newer house on the left side. At the religious symbol, the road returns to the forest, and we follow it in a moderate ascent until we reach the church of the Holy Three Kings, which is a few minutes away, from which a beautiful view opens up.
