Radvenci (chapel Ketiševa kapelica) - Negova Castle

Access to starting point:
From the road Lenart v Slovenskih goricah - Gornja Radgona, at the settlement Ihova, we turn right (from the direction of Gornja Radgona left) in the direction of Ihova (house numbers from 34 to 74), Lokavci and Negova. Further on, we drive on a somewhat narrower road, on which we drive to Ketiševa kapelica, where the described path begins. We park at a suitable place nearby.

Path description:
From the starting point, we continue slightly right on the road in the direction of Negova. The road ascends at first very gently, a little later it moderately ascends and brings us to a junction on a smaller saddle.
From the saddle, we go left in the direction of "peka peciva in tort Suzana Rauter" and on the asphalt road we start to ascend a little more steeply. Higher up, a nice view opens from the path, at the smaller junction we go straight ahead or slightly right. The path ahead leads us through a strip of forest, from the junction at the crucifix we go left. Further on, we go past a few more houses, then the asphalt ends. On the macadam road, we start descending lightly, when the road turns slightly to the left, we continue straight on a cart track, down which we descend through the forest. In the forest, the cart track turns into a forest path, along which we reach the asphalt road near the football field.
We continue left and in a few steps we arrive at a junction. From the junction, we go right (straight Ivanjševci ob Ščavnici) and walk for a short time past the small football pitch. After the pitch, the road enters the forest and ascends to the Gosijak pond, which the path continuing along the road bypasses on the right side. A few more minutes of ascent follow and we arrive at the centre of Negova, where Kava bar Negova, the parish church of St. Mary and Negova Castle are located.
