Croda Rossa / Rote Wand (Red Wall) at 2,818 m is a magnificent hiking tour, and in winter a ski touring route. It lies on the Italian side. The trail starts from the Passo Stalle / Staller Sattel pass (2,052 m). The area is rocky, grassy and very watery. The summit itself consists of strikingly jagged red rock, with open views of the surrounding peaks.
