Hocharn

Description of mountain:
Hocharn (also Hoher Aar, Hochnarr) is the highest peak in the Goldberg mountain group at 3254 meters. The summit is located on the border between the federal states of Kärnten (Koroška) and Salzburg (Solnograška). From the top there is a very nice view of much of the Goldberg group, and Grossglockner (Veliki Klek) is also clearly visible. Below the slopes of the peak are the glaciers Hocharnkees (east), Krummelkees (north), and Großfleißkees (west).
