Description of mountain hut:
Mihov dom na Vršiču is situated on Kranjska Gora side of the road Ruska cesta above Velika Pišnica, on the halfway from the lake Jasna towards the mountain pass Vršič. The mountain hut is situated at an altitude 1085 meters. Despite the nearby forests from the hut there is one of the most beautiful views; on the eastern side above the wide valley Krnica there are Martuljek mountains with Špik, and right from them there is a very nice view towards Škrlatica, Rakova Špica, Rogljica, Dovški Gamsovec; on the south side above the nearby Velika Pišnica there are rising walls of Prednja glava and Goličica in Prisojnik, and on the right between the walls of Prisojnik and Mojstrovka we see lower and green Vršič; to the west and north above the hut is rising the ridge with Robičje, Visoki Mavrinc, Kumlehova glava, Veliki Kumleh and Škrbinjek, which goes from Mojstrovka to Kranjska Gora.
