Monte Raut

Description of mountain:
Raut is a 2,025 m high limestone vantage point above the Friulian plain and the second-highest peak of the ridge between lakes Barcis and Selva. Its prominent shape nicely complements the panorama. Three paths lead to it, all via the Forcella Capra notch. Summit walls rise steeply above broad and steep grassy slopes. A cross with a logbook stands on the top.
