Description of mountain:
Osterfelderkopf is 2033 meters high peak in the mountain group Wetterstein. The peak is very well visited because to the summit we can come also with a cable car Alpitzbahn from the settlement Garmisch-Partenkirchen or cable car Hochalmbahn from the mountain pasture Hochalm. On the summit is situated also a restaurant Alpspitze. From the top is otherwise very nice view towards the surrounding peaks, especially on the nearby Alpspitze. And a view is also nice into a valley towards the settlement Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
