Description of mountain:
Podrta gora, at 2,061 m, is the second-highest peak in the ridge of the southern Bohinj mountains. It lies between Zeleni vrh (2,052 m) and Vrh nad Škrbino (2,054 m). The approach follows pathless terrain requiring some easy climbing. The mountain is a key point on the climbing section of the Bohinj mountain trail. According to legend, it was once exactly as high as Triglav before it collapsed and buried a dragon beneath it (as also described in a folktale).
