Description of mountain:
Poštak (also "Kečina kosa") is a scenic mountain at the junction of Lika and Dalmatia. It belongs to the Lička Plješivica range as an extension, though some already count it among the long Dinara range. The mostly unvegetated mountain is dominated by vast plateaus and short cliffs, with some interesting rocky outcrops. From the grassy summit (1,425 m) above the cliffs on the far western edge of the elongated ridge, there are fine views over Lika, Dalmatia, and nearby mountains – Velebit, Dinara, Plješivica, and Osječenica (already in BiH). A few minutes below the spacious summit is a box with a logbook and stamp of the "Croatian Hiking Trail" (HPO).
