Punta dei Ross

Description of mountain:
Punta dei Ross is a 2,460-metre peak in the Sorapiss mountain group. Like the other peaks in the group, there is no marked path to Punta dei Ross. Compared to most other peaks, it is relatively easily accessible and popular among touring skiers. From the summit there is a very nice view of the nearby Monte Sorapiss and the other sheer peaks in the group.
