Sveti Andrej above Olimje

Description of church:
The church stands on the southern slope of Rudnica above Olimje. It was built in late Gothic style in the 15th century. It stands out in this area because of its bell tower. The tower is constructed in Mediterranean style with an open belfry. In Slovenia, this is the easternmost example of such bell tower construction. It has two bells that ring three times a day. The church was renovated in 2010. The feast day of St. Andrew is on November 30.
