Forca di Montof

Description:
Forca di Montof is a saddle at an altitude of 1822 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle to which the marked trail leads is located 3 km northeast from the center of Forni di Sotto and 6 km south from the center of Sauris di Sotto. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Tita Piaz, located 3km east-northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Casera Montof, which is located 0.5km to the south-southwest. South-southwest of the saddle is the valley Val Poscchiedea.
