Forcella della Chianevate is a saddle at an altitude of 2470 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 0.8 km southwest of peak Creta della Chianevate / Kellerspitzen near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Giovanni e Olinto Marinelli, located 1.4km south-southeast. Even closer is bivouac Caverna dell'Amicizia - Bivacco Celso Craighero, which is located 1.2km to the east-northeast. The saddle to which the marked path leads is located above the valley Vallone del Ploto.
