Forcella della lavina is a saddle at an altitude of 2028 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 5 km south from the center of Lorenzago di Cadore and 5 km east-southeast from the center of Domegge di Cadore. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Cercenà, located 3km west-southwest. Closer is bivouac Bivacco Da Deppo Montanel, which is located 1.1km to the southwest. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Val Meluzzo.
