Description:
Freinsattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1106 meters in the Mürzsteg Alps. The saddle is located 4 km east-southeast from the center of Halltal and 4 km west from the center of Frein an der Mürz. The nearest mountain hut is Königsalm, located 4km south. A bit closer is Studentalm, which is located 3km to the west-southwest. East-northeast of the saddle is the valley Saugraben.
