Description:
Jaukensattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1630 meters and is part of the Gailtal Alps. The saddle is located 3 km west of peak Reißkofel and east-jugoeast above the mountain pasture Ochsenschluchtalm. The nearest mountain hut is E.T.-Compton-Hütte, located 3km east-northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Reisskofel-Biwak, which is located 0.9km to the east-southeast. The saddle is located north-northwest of the valley Oberes Gailtal.
