Passo di Cavento

Description:
Passo di Cavento is a saddle at an altitude of 3191 meters in the Natural Park Adamello-Brenta. The saddle is located 12 km west-northwest of Pelugo and 12 km west-northwest of Borzago and 0.5 km north-northeast of peak Corno di Cavento. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio ai Caduti dell'Adamello, located 4km north-northwest. Closer is bivouac Bivacco G. Laeng, located to the north in the immediate vicinity of the peak. 2 km east of the saddle there is lake Lago di Lares. 7 km northwest from the saddle there is glacier Vedretta di Pisgana, 7 km north-northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Pisganino. The saddle is located above the valley Val di Fumo.
