Description:
Schafkarscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2445 meters and is part of the Lechtal Alps. The saddle is located 1.9 km east-southeast of peak Zwölferspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Grießbachalm, located 3km north-northwest. A little further is Simmshütte. The saddle is located above the valley Madautal.
