Description:
Schindertor is a saddle at an altitude of 1670 meters in the Bavarian Prealps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Gufferthütte, located 5km west-southwest. A bit closer is Trausnitzalm, which is located 1.3km to the east. South-southeast of the saddle is the valley Brandenberger Tal.
