Description:
Trausnitzeck is 1610 meter high peak in the Bavarian Prealps. The peak is located 11 km north from the center of Aschau and 11 km north-northeast from the center of Steinberg am Rofan. The nearest mountain hut is Gufferthütte, located 6km west-southwest. A bit closer is Trausnitzalm, which is located 0.6km to the southeast. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Brandenberger Tal.
