Description:
Volčje jame is a saddle at an altitude of 1245 meters located in the Kamnik Savinja Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 2 km northeast from the center of Potoče and 3 km east-northeast from the center of Nova vas. The nearest mountain hut is Dom Čemšenik, located 1.0km east-southeast. And bivouac Ovča koča is also close by. Northeast of the saddle is the valley Makekova kočna and a marked path leads to the saddle.
