The peak is located 4 km southwest from the center of Schlinig - Slingia and 5 km north-northwest from the center of Taufers im Münstertal - Tubre. The nearest mountain hut is Sesvenna-Hütte - Rifugio Sesvenna, located 6km north. Closer is bivouac Jöchl-Hütte, which is located 3km to the west. 3 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Vadret da Sesvenna. The peak is located southwest of the valley Schlinigtal.
