Bannkogel

Description:
Bannkogel is 1656 meter high peak and is part of the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The peak is located 2 km northeast of peak Hohe Schrott and north-northeast above the mountain pasture Dielaualm. The nearest mountain hut is Ebenseer Hochkogelhütte, located 5km east-southeast. Closer is Mitterkarlalm, which is located 2km to the south. West of the summit is the valley Weißenbachtal. The peak is located on the ridge Schrottkamm.
