Description:
Breitspitz is 2867 meter high peak in the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located 1.5 km west-southwest of peak Texelspitze - Cima Tessa. The nearest mountain hut is Lodnerhütte - Rifugio Cima Fiammante, located 5km east-northeast. A little further is Rabensteinerschupf. 7 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Grafferner - Vedretta della Grava, 8 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Gurgler Ferner. The peak is located northeast of the valley Schnalstal.
