Col de la Formiga

Description:
Col de la Formiga is 1023 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located in country Italy 6 km south from the center of Tambre and 6 km southeast from the center of Farra d'Alpago. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Sant'Osvaldo, located 1.2km south-southwest. And Baracca Pian dei Lovi is also close by. 7 km west-southwest of the peak there is lake Lago Morto. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Val de Piera.
