The peak is located 3 km southwest of peak Pala Fontana and zahodno-severozahodno above the mountain pasture Casera del Medico. The nearest mountain hut is Roncjade, located 1.1km west-northwest. And bivouac Casera Palussa is also close by. The peak is located east-southeast of the valley Val de Piera.
