Description:
Gamsköpfl is 2460 meter high peak and is part of the Kitzbühel Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 4 km north-northwest from the center of Gmünd and 5 km west-northwest from the center of Gerlos. The nearest mountain hut is Klammer's Jausenhütte, located 6km south-southeast. A little further is bivouac Gämsehütte. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Gerlostal.
