Gamsturm - Torre del Camosci is 2923 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 7 km south-southwest from the center of Kurzras - Maso Corto and 8 km north from the center of Allitz - Alliz. The nearest mountain hut is Oberetteshütte - Rifugio Oberettes, located 7km north-northwest. A little further is bivouac Wetterhütte. 3 km north from the summit there is glacier Ramudelferner - Vedretta di Ramudla, 4 km north from the summit there is also glacier Lagaunferner - Vedretta di Lagaun. The peak is located in the valley Vinschgau - Val Venosta.
