Hachelnock is 1442 meter high peak and is part of the Gailtal Alps. The peak is located 4 km north of peak Dobratsch. The nearest mountain hut is Dobratsch Gipfelhaus, located 4km south. A bit closer is Hubertus Hütte, which is located 0.9km to the southeast. The peak is located southwest of the valley Drautal.
