Description:
Hirschbergkopf is 1073 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 2.0 km southeast from the center of Hof bei Salzburg and 2 km northwest from the center of Wald. The nearest mountain hut is Spielbergalm (Gollegg), located 9km south. Closer is bivouac Thalgau Ortsmitte, which is located 4km to the north-northeast. 3 km east of the peak there is lake Fuschlsee. The peak is located west of the valley Klausbach.
