Hirscheck is 1853 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 6 km east from the center of Großsölk and 6 km west-northwest from the center of Donnersbachwald. The nearest mountain hut is Englitztalhütte, located 1.0km east-southeast. And Riesner Hütte is also close by. The peak is located northeast above the mountain pasture Matillenalm. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Rantengraben and northeast above the mountain pasture Matillenalm.
