Description:
Hochalmköpfl is 2079 meter high peak and is part of the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located in country Austria 3 km west from the center of Turrach and 7 km northeast from the center of Winkl. The nearest mountain hut is Wildbachhütte, located 2km southeast. A little further is Kirchbaumerhütte. 6 km south-southeast of the peak there is lake Turrachsee. Southwest of the summit is the valley Leobengraben.
