Description:
Hochbirkach is 1221 meter high peak in the Gurktal Alps. The peak is located 2 km west-southwest from the center of Treffen and 3 km west from the center of Töbring. The nearest mountain hut is Steinwender Hütte, located 5km northeast. A bit closer is Berger Alm, which is located 4km to the northwest. 10 km east of the peak there is lake Lake Ossiach.
