Description:
Hochplattig is 2768 meter high peak in the Mieminger Mountains. The peak is located 5 km north-northwest from the center of Wildermieming and 5 km north-northwest from the center of Affenhausen. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Alplhütte, located 3km east-southeast. bivouac Ganghofers Rast is a bit further away. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Gaistal.
