Hühnerkogel / Košenjak is 1522 meter high peak and is part of the Lavanttal Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Slovenia and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom Košenjak, located 1.1km south. Even closer is hunting cottage Piramida, which is located 0.5km to the east. The peak is located northwest of the valley Mislinjski jarek and a marked path leads to the top.
