Kaiserkogel is 1393 meter high peak with a cross in the Prealps East of the Mur. The peak is located 3 km north from the center of Alpl and 4 km south-southeast from the center of Langenwang. The nearest mountain hut is Kressbachalmhütte, located 3km south. A little further is Holta-Hütte. North of the summit is the valley Glawockengraben.
