Kaiserköppen is 875 meter high peak in the Mürzsteg Alps. The peak is located 3 km south-southwest from the center of Frein an der Mürz and 5 km north-northwest from the center of Mürzsteg. The nearest mountain hut is Königsalm, located 2km west-southwest. A bit closer is Pegelmessstelle, which is located 1.9km to the east-northeast. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Innerer Krampengraben.
