Description:
Kokonel is 143 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.2 km west-southwest from the center of Batuje and 1.3 km east-northeast from the center of Zalošče. The nearest mountain hut is Koča Preserje, located 5km southeast. A bit closer is bivouac Pavilion, which is located 1.2km to the east-northeast. The peak is located in the valley Vipavska dolina.
