Langegger Berg is 479 meter high peak and is part of the Türnitz Alps. The peak is located 0.6 km south from the center of Maria Langegg and 2 km northwest from the center of Gansbach. The nearest mountain hut is Naturparkhaus, located 9km west-northwest. Closer is bivouac Adele Hütte, which is located 6km to the north-northeast. South of the summit is the valley Mitterbachgraben.
