Lyfihorn is 3370 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 0.4 km north-northeast of peak Äußere Pederspitze - Punta Peder di Fuori. The nearest mountain hut is Lyfialm - Malga Lifi, located 4km southeast. A little further is bivouac bench. 5 km southeast of the peak there is lake Zufritt-Stausee - Lago di Gioveretto. 2 km west-southwest from the summit there is glacier Rosimferner - Vedretta di Rosim, 2 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Ofenwandferner/Vedretta del Forno. Southeast of the summit is the valley Martelltal.
