Madratsch is 2287 meter high peak and is part of the Lechquellen Mountains. The peak is located 1.3 km northwest of peak Formarin-Rothorn. The nearest mountain hut is Obere Laguzalpe, located 0.8km southwest. Oberhutlaalpe is a bit further away. Southeast of the summit is the valley Lechtal.
