Maißhöhe is 1221 meter high peak in the Prealps East of the Mur. The peak is located in country Austria 4 km northwest from the center of Mitterbach and 4 km northwest from the center of Gasen. The nearest mountain hut is Stoahandhütte, located 5km south. A little further is Eiserne-Kling Hütte. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Glawockengraben.
